After entering the romantic patio, the house offers a generous 400 m² large living space on one level showing antique sabina ceiling beams, fitted with hi-quality equipment, water fixtures from Cocoon by Dutch designer Piet Boon and selected decoration items. There is a wireless indoor and outdoor sound system, playstation, WiFi, Sat TV, connected alarm. The main entrance hall leads you to the extra large salon of 65m2 with open fireplace and piano, on the side an office corner, a laundry room, the main kitchen with dining table and 5 bedroom with each its en-suite bathroom. A fully equipped American style kitchen will delight any cook. If you like to cook outside, you can use the outdoor kitchen including barbecue. The outdoor covered dining features a solid oak table.
