The main entrance hall leads you to the extra large salon of 65m2 with open fireplace and piano, on the side an office corner, a laundry room, the main kitchen with dining table and 5 bedroom with each its en-suite bathroom. A fully equipped American style kitchen will delight any cook. If you like to cook outside, you can use the outdoor kitchen including barbecue. The outdoor covered dining features a solid oak table.

 - There is no housekeeping service included

 - The end-cleaning is not included, cost to be added to the rental; €400

 - A Refundable Damage Deposit to be paid in cash latest at the remittance of the keys: €5.000 

 - Electricity and Water bills are not included. A deposit of €2000 is to be made to cover these utility costs,

   the remaining amount will be reimbursed at the same time as the Refundable Damage Deposit.

 - These prices do not include the VAT charge applied if the customer is a company (no VAT charge for private rental).

Confirmation of booking with 30% down-payment and photos or scans of 2 valid passports to take the property off the market.

a second 30% down-payment to be paid latest 10 days before the rental start date.

The beach resort of Cala Llonga  is located on the South-East coast between Ibiza and Santa Eulalia. It is a spacious cove with fine sand offering all the holiday services as loungers, umbrellas for rent by the day, showers, various restaurants and bars, shops, diving school, and beach-volleyball playground.
There is a large car parking at the back of the village only 2 minutes walking. You can´t miss the large building of hotels and apart-hotels very close to the seashore, but the beach is very pleasant for family vacations. Out of peak summer season July and August Cala Llonga is a calm and soothing beach.

Santa Eulalia at 5 kms is well known to be a quiet city with cosy living and activities through the whole year.  The town offers a choice of restaurants, bars and all services: supermarkets, bio shops, pharmacy, banks, post office, petrol stations, dry-cleaners, etc. Santa Eulalia is the administrative center of the region organised around the cityhall in the pedestrian zone.  The Yachting marina Santa Eulalia is within 7 minutes drive, with its entertainment district with many restaurants.

Coming from Ibiza city, after passing Jesus the South East coast holds beautiful secluded smaller beaches like Aguas Blancas, Cala Boix, Cala Llenya, Cala Nova, Cala San Vicente and Amante Beach. 

There are relaxed relaxed restaurants in the sand worth visiting like BabylonChiringuito Atzaro or On the Beach & Boat House in Cala San Vicent.

There are a lot of  terraces to enjoy on Santa Eulalia´s sea front promenade. We suggest finer restaurants like Can Curreu, Estel, Chiringuito Blue or the CBBC in the yachting marina of Santa Eulalia, or simpler tasty eateries like la finca Can Suldat in Es Canar with its live music, all reached within 10-15 minutes.
