Introductory meeting
To serve you better, we need to know what you want and what your goals are. At your first appointment, you will meet one of our estate agents. He will analyse your project and your needs and will work with you to define search criteria (property type, budget, area, etc.) to create a personalised property list.

 

Targeted visits
Once your property selection is validated, we will set a date to conduct visits. You will also receive a brochure with all the information you need to buy a property in your chosen region. During our visits, we will review each of your comments to refine the search criteria and tailor the programme accordingly.

 

Booking the property
We will notify the owner of your buying intention within the agreed time. Each step of the transaction will then be supervised and confidential with the cooperation of the law firm.


Procedures and notarial deeds
Once the property is reserved for you, you will be guided through all the steps leading to the signing of the deeds:
- Translation and signing of the contract
- Choice of lawyer (recommended)
- Application for an NIE (Alien Identification Number)
- Counselling at notary, advoctate, bank,...
- Opening of a bank account (optional)


Administrative procedures after the purchase
Congratulations! You are now the owner of a property in Spain. But it doesn't stop here for us as there are still some administrative steps to take. We will do this for you.
