This villa has been created and developed with lots of dedication and love over 15 years. It consists of a main house with five bedrooms and a number of guest houses spread across a lush tropical garden in the attractive district of Cap Martinet near Ibiza City.

INSIDE
The kitchen in the main house is very spacious and fully equipped. There is a separate area with a large cooking island and bar seats to watch the chef. The living room has a TV and a nice fireplace. On the covered portion of the terrace you can enjoy comfortable sofas and a large dining table for 20 people.

Enjoy great sea views, swimming pool with jet streams and color LEDs lights, sun beds, 2 large Bali day beds, jacuzzi, pool bar, a 3 meter high white Buddha statue, music system on the terrace and garden, barbecue terrace with outdoor kitchen and dining tables that can accommodate about 30 people, a hammocks chill-out garden. The guest houses have their own lounge areas.
The large exotic garden includes a beautiful Yoga Deck / meditation area for professional quality group-sessions.

The house is oriented to the South East directly fronting the Mediterranean Sea providing total privacy, None of neighbors has sight on the pool or terraces. The villa offers an outstanding outdoor living experience day and at night as well. The terraced outdoor space with its pool-bar and sea views provide the perfect cocktail reception setting. The large Yoga Deck tent set-up in the garden can accommodate 10 dining tables or any show, To end a vivid Ibiza night, enter the cave-style music club, suitable for approx. 40 people with a DJ Booth and a bar.

Cap Martinet on the outskirts of Ibiza is very centrally located: only 3 Kms from the City and the attractions of Botafoch. It is one of the most thought-after residential locations in Ibiza.
