ABOUT THE AREA - ES CUBELLS
The villa is located in the beautiful natural reserve surroundings of Es Cubells and near the famous beach of Cala Jondal, yet only 15 minutes away from Ibiza town. The nearest beach is Ses Boques with its authentic beach restaurant. Well-known beaches and restaurants such as Blue Marlin, Es Torrent and Sa Caleta are all less than 10 minutes drive away.
There are 2 restaurants and a shop in Es Cubells. The closest village is San Josep 7 minutes away and offers all services: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, dry-cleaners, pharmacy, banks, petrol station.

The South-West coastal region of Ibiza is the location of famous Es Vedra rock-Island, 4 km from Es Cubells, that is best seen at sunset time from the convenient plateau 100m above sea level.

MILD CLIMATE IN IBIZA
