Jesus is a quiet village very centrally located 3 Kms from Ibiza City. The long sandy beach of Talamanca, family and children friendly due to a soft slope into the water. There are loungers and umbrellas for rent by the day. In the summer months many boats and yachts anchor here to get to the restaurants and to the city.

The Ibiza Counsell has decided to leave the bits of dry algues on the beach to protect the sandy shore from being washed away by the waves. The dry vegetal bits are not the most comfortable but clean and natural.
UNESCO World Heritage Ibiza old town, a nice stroll on the pedestrian streets of the port up-hill to reach the cathedral at the top. 5 minutes away from Jesus with large public car parking just at the entrance of the City.
Coming from Ibiza city, after passing Jesus the South East coast holds beautiful secluded smaller beaches like Aguas Blancas, Cala Boix, Cala Llenya, Cala Nova, Cala San Vicente and Amante Beach.
There are relaxed relaxed restaurants in the sand worth visiting like Babylon, Chiringuito Atzaro or On the Beach & Boat House in Cala San Vicent.

MILD CLIMATE IN IBIZA
Ibiza and Formentera are drier and warmer than the rest of the Balearic Islands, presenting a semi-arid climate. The average annual temperature of the island varies between 16º and 18.5º
Yearly rainfall is between 300 mm and 600 mm. The sun exposure of the territory is very high, with about 3,000 hours per year on 320 days.
