 - A Refundable Damage Deposit to be paid in cash latest at the remital of the keys: €10.000 

 - Electricity and Water bills are not included. A deposit of €2000 is to be made to cover these utility costs,

   the remaining amount will be reimbursed at the same time as the Refundable Damage Deposit.

 - these prices do not include the VAT charge applied if the customer is a company (no VAT charge for private rental).

After the standard house cleaning and bed-linen change, one employee goes through the whole house disinfecting carefully the 

the door handles and frames, hand-touched surfaces, tables, furniture drawers, etc.   

After each customer, all bathroom carpets and mattress protections are machine washed. 

 

Payment Terms

Minimum booking period is one month.

Confirmation of booking with 30% down-payment and photos or scans of 2 valid passports to take the property off the market.

Remaining 70% to be paid latest at the remital of the keys.

The villa is centrally located only 3 Kms from Ibiza City, in Can Furnet, a well-known secluded private estate with 24 hours private security. A tennis club with 4 courts is conveniently located inside the resort. The golf course of Santa Eulalia is only 4 Km away, or a short 6 minutes drive.

Nearest Beach is Talamanca at 3km or 10 min drive. Airport at 15 min drive.

 
The closest village is Jesus with many restaurants, shops and all services like supermarkets, pharmacy, banks, dry-cleaner, petrol station
Major attractions are within 7 minutes drive: yachting marina Botafok, Ibiza Old Town.
Playa d’en Bossa is 10 minutes away with its famous entertainment and beach clubs
Nassau, Beachouse, and Coco Beach and others.
 
Can Furnet is ideally located to benefit from all the services of Ibiza city, including the yachting marina Botafoch excellent and wide offer of quality restaurants, bars and world-famous entertainment.

There are relaxed relaxed restaurants in the sand worth visiting like Babylon,  Chiringuito Atzaro or On the Beach & Boat House in Cala San Vicent.

We suggest finer restaurants like Can Curreu, Estel, Chiringuito Blue or The CBBC in the yachting marina of Santa Eulalia, or simpler tasty eateries like Can Suldat in Es Canar with its live music, all reached within 10 minutes.
